As Hall Porter you will be the first and last face our restaurant and hotel guests see, working collaboratively with our reception team ensuring that our guests are provided with a warm welcome, attention to detailed service and fond memories to go home with.

Responsibilities include but not limited to: Meet and greet our guests into the hotel, offering a concierge service in a warm and friendly manner.

Offer to carry guest luggage to their rooms.

Facilitate the parking of our guest’s cars.

Going the extra mile to meet guests’ requests and accommodate their needs.

Reporting to the Reception Manager for any other front of house responsibilities.

Experience in a similar, customer focused role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
