Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team in Chester, MA 01012. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for maintaining clean and organized spaces. Responsibilities 1. Restroom Cleaning – The following services shall be performed as part of the scheduled

Restroom Cleaning:

a. “Closed for Cleaning” Sign shall be placed outside corresponding door when the cleaning is taking place. b. During all cleanings, the restroom shall be kept closed to the public. One restroom shall be cleaned at a time always leaving one side open. c. Clean and disinfect the inside and outside of toilets and doors. d. Clean and disinfect all interior walls, railings, toilet paper holders, paper towel holders, and floors. e. Clean and disinfect all showers, shower curtains, shower mats, and benches. f. Clean and disinfect all sinks, fixtures, and mirrors. g. Replenish toilet tissue, paper towels, and deodorant blocks. h. Remove and properly dispose of all trash during each cleaning. All trash shall be removed and disposed of properly off site in accordance with all state, local, and municipal regulations. The Government will not provide access to any dumpsters for disposal of trash. i. Remove and replace trash can liner. j. Floor is to be washed during each cleaning using a commercial disinfectant diluted in water following manufacturers specifications. k. Floors shall be wet mopped, and then re-mopped once mop has been rung to remove excess water and cleaner from the floor. l. Sweep exterior walkways and remove any debris from wooden privacy walls. m. Clean and Disinfect water supply fountain located outside the male side of comfort station (exhibit 8) The Service Location is within the Indian Hollow Campground, located alongside the East Branch of the Westfield River (at 200 Indian Hollow Road, Chesterfield, MA 01012). 1. Comfort Station Cleaning a.

Restroom Area includes:

i. One (1) Comfort Station (Separate Male and Female areas).
