Residential and Commercial Cleaner Elbow Grease Amherst, MA 01002 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential and/or commercial cleaning, demonstrating a strong commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients’ spaces are not only clean but also welcoming and comfortable. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to achieve high standards of cleanliness. Follow established cleaning protocols and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency. Organize cleaning tasks based on client specifications. Maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Requirements Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation (mileage is reimbursed) Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
