Part Time Evening Janitor Mystical Mops Cleaning Serivces, LLC Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor/Lab Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. This role requires a proactive approach to custodial duties. Duties General cleaning of the building, keeping it maintained and in good condition. Each employee is assigned to a specific area. Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors. Cleaning and stocking of restrooms. Cleaning and stocking of kitchenettes Collect and dispose of trash & recycling throughout the assigned area. Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision. Clean and sanitize lab benches, floors, high-touch surfaces, and equipment exteriors. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, gloves, and cleaning products. Follow strict cleaning protocols and adhere to safety and confidentiality policies. Perform regular mopping, sweeping, dusting, and spot cleaning of laboratory and adjacent areas. Document tasks completed and report any irregularities or maintenance needs. Ensure compliance with client-specific procedures and regulatory standards (e.g., OSHA, GMP, GLP if applicable). Requirements Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning roles is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is advantageous. Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds when necessary. Ability to use a backpack vacuum is a must. A valid driver’s license may be required for positions involving travel between locations. Ability to speak English Work Schedule Monday 5:30pm
