The compensation will start at $19-25/hour based on work experience,with potential for increased pay.

• Here is what the typical duties look like:
• You will be trained to clean windows, gutters, siding, roofs, decksand patios, install Christmas lights and plow snow.
• You will be trained in safety and customer service. Our trainingprograms will get you up to speed quickly.
• You will be trained in our company culture so you can become apositive influence on our awesome team, and so that our team caninfluence you and help you succeed at work and in your personal life.
• You will start as a junior field technician and will be paid anhourly rate ranging from $19-22/hour based on work experience. Yourgoal will be to quickly become a senior field technician, where you canearn $22-27/hour consistently. Most trainees reach Senior Field ServiceTechnician within 3 months.
• Top performing technicianscan be promoted to Crew Leader position.

Crew Leaders consistently earn over $25/hour.

• If you have experience, we may be able to start you in the fullposition of Crew Leader.

If you have limited or no experience, we willstart you out as a junior technician and give you substantial payincreases as your training progresses.
