The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on delivering high-quality service. Candidate must be able to travel to various locations in the south shore, we will train the right candidate. This is a part-time, contracted role. With evening and weekend availability. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Conduct industrial cleaning in designated areas as required. Manage custodial duties in commercial settings, ensuring all spaces are sanitized and well-kept. Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and effectively. Skills Experience in industrial cleaning and custodial work is preferred. Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and best practices. Ability to maintain cleanliness in various environments, including residential painting tasks when necessary. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality work. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
