The work schedule is:
Monday
- Friday, 3:00 PM
- 11:00
PM General Duties:
Cleans floors, walls, and windows, both by hand and by use of a vacuum cleaner and floor machine Empties trash, moves furniture, conducts minor maintenance and custodial duties Opens and/or closes buildings Shovels snow Performs related work as required
Supervision:
Director of Facilities Qualifications:
1) Ability to operate cleaning equipment, perform minor maintenance, and move furniture 2) Ability to complete tasks within specific timelines and occasionally with little prior notice 3) Ability to work in group situations requiring teamwork and cooperation and to follow oral and written instructions 5) Ability to interact in a professional manner with staff, students, and the public
