Position Details:

We are hiring four full-time Maintainer I, Custodian

• Floater positionsto contribute to student success through building maintenance andcleanliness.
• Position #1 and #2: Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:00PM (Friday and Saturday off)
• Position #3 and #4: Tuesday to Saturday,7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (Sunday and Monday off)

Location:

BSU Campus-Wide(Essential Position)

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a welcomingenvironment for individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Perform detailedcustodial maintenance of academic, residential, administrative,research, athletic, dining, and campus facilities.
• Clean and sanitizerestrooms and showers.
• Sweep walkways, vacuum, shampoo carpets, scrub,wax, and buff floors.
• Polish furniture and woodwork.
• Move and resetfurniture in residential and academic buildings.
• Remove trash,including broken furniture and materials.
• Conduct indoor/outdoormaintenance tasks, including snow removal.
• Participate in large-scalecleaning and maintenance projects.
• Collaborate effectively withcolleagues to support university operations.

• Basic computer skills or willingness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Current and valid Drivers License.
