We are proud of our three Boston locations and our Boston area employees. Summary We are seeking an Operational Sanitation Tech to join our team at Boston Salads. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within our facilities, ensuring that our food products are safe for consumption. Located in Boston, this position plays a vital part in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. 7:00 am start. Responsibilities Position Responsibilities

• Separate food equipment that is needed for the day and clean and sanitize it before its use to maintain its proper rotation
• Monitor, clean and sanitize racks used for staging food ingredients during operations
• Remove clean equipment from washrooms frequently
• Maintain clean product identification tags for all locations
• Assist with the drain cleaning, food debris, excess water, and condensation removal in the production rooms
• Participate and support the clean-up crew with operational cleaning and periodic master sanitation projects
• Keep hoses, doors, carts, cleaning utensils, and other equipment clean
• Assist with trash removal periodically
• Participate in the cleaning of staff amenities such as the offices, employee lounge and locker rooms
• Clean, disinfect, and re-supply restrooms in afternoon; gather and empty trash; replenish stock in bathrooms
