2 RFK Community Alliance has an opportunity for a full-time Custodian to join our facilities team in Lancaster A $2500 sign-on bonus is available!

Who We Seek:

We are looking for someone to help keep the premises of RFK Community Alliance clean and orderly. As a member of our facilities team, you help maintain the buildings on our Lancaster Campus and participate in our campus on-call system.
Responsibilities Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas
Sweep, scrub, wax, and polish floors
Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies
Dust furniture and equipment. Polish metalwork
Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork. Wash windows, door panels, and sills
Empty wastebaskets and transport trash and waste to the disposal area
Replenish bathroom supplies
Replace light bulbs
Perform daily safety surveys to ensure no hazardous conditions exist

Shifts Available:

40 hours per week Monday – Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm

Requirements :

High school diploma or GED
One year of experience preferred
Valid driver’s license

$2,500 Sign-On Incentive
This position is eligible for the RFK Community Alliance Sign-On Incentive in the amount of $2,500 in your first year of employment. You will receive $500 after 3 months; $500 after 6 months; $1,500 after 12 months.

Pay Range:
