Hrs Position Title:

Custodian We are looking for a candidate to be the Custodian for the office area and for the Manufacturing floor that includes the cafeteria

Weekly Task Office Area:

Spot vacuum carpet Dry and wet mop tile floor Remove trash and recycling Office area restroom: Sanitize sinks, toilets, and urinals Sanitize partitions with urinals Sanitize all wall dispensers and mirrors Spot clean walls near sinks, toilets and urinals Restock supplies Dry and wet mop floors

Stairwells:

Sweep and mop. Back stairwell once a month Upstairs conference room: Vacuum rug Wipe down chairs and table Empty trash can

Cafeteria:

Clean and sanitize tables Wash sink and counter Clean trash can cover Wipe down chairs Clean change machine, vending machine and coffee area Clean all Microwaves and microwave area Spot wash walls near sink and coffee area Spot washing both doors Clean popcorn area Sweep and wash floors Wash windows Empty trash cans Warehouse/Manufacturing Floor restroom: Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and urinals Sanitize partitions and back wall of urinals Sanitize all wall dispensers and mirrors Clean trash can cover Restock supplies Dry and wet mop floors

Schedule:

Once every other week Dust open areas and shelves Vacuum elevator Sanitize Bathroom partitions

4X’s a year Strip and refinish cafeteria floor Clean Carpets Clean windows in/out Spring cleaning in warehouse/ manufacturing restroom

Schedule:

Other Strip and refinish tile floors expect cafeteria twice a year Machine Scrub and topcoat cafeteria floor 3 times a year Please keep in mind that these tasks are subject to change as we move forward with janitorial service through the facility.

• Ability to lift 25 lbs
• Handle basic cleaning equipment: vacuum, rug washer, floor scrubber, etc…
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
