Commercial Cleaner Position Available In Cumberland, Maine

Commercial Cleaner Maine Custodial Services 406 Bridgton Road, Westbrook, ME 04092 Maine Custodial Services is seeking a professional and reliable Commercial Cleaning specialist to add to our growing company! We are a family owned, employee first company, with an open door policy. We know that if we treat our employees right, they will in return be reliable, customer focused, and have a good work ethic/attitude. We do require the following requirements in order to consider any future potential employment:

• Reliable transportation, and a good working cell phone, the ability to use google maps or GPS for navigation purposes.
• Ability to read, write, and speak english fluently.
• At least 3 professional references of either current or previous employers and or colleagues.

• WEEKEND AND EVENING AVAILABILITY IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST

• Typical tasks included with this position are included but not limited to:
• trash removal.
• sweeping/vacuuming/mopping floors
• Wiping desks, counters, and other general surfaces.
• Cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchens… ETC.
• Being a team player and also being able to do work individually.
• Ability to take direction, and learn by watching.
• Good communication, if supplies or equipment is needed at different work places supervisors need to be notified.
• Good work ethic/attitude, making sure work is being performed properly, and safely.

$20.00 – $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Night shift Weekends as needed
