Head Custodian 4.1 4.1 out of 5 stars Naples, ME Year-round, 40 hour per week position -7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Performs all responsibilities of keeping buildings neat, clean, and safe at all times. Requisitions for needed supplies Coordinates work orders for the maintenance technician and requisitions for emergency and/or major damages in need of repair from the facilities director Reassigns custodial staff for set up of special events Coordinates and assigns school custodial staff during school vacations Is responsible for the daily coordination of the school custodial staff; including, assignment of job tasks, hours of work, and other related areas. Functions as a liaison between the school principal and the building custodial staff for day-to-day cleaning and custodial operations
