Job Description
Head Custodian Lake Region School District (MSAD 61) Naples, ME 04055 Year-round, 40 hour per week position -7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
Performs all responsibilities of keeping buildings neat, clean, and safe at all times.
Requisitions for needed suppliesCoordinates work orders for the maintenance technician and requisitions for emergency and/or major damages in need of repair from the facilities directorReassigns custodial staff for set up of special eventsCoordinates and assigns school custodial staff during school vacationsIs responsible for the daily coordination of the school custodial staff; including, assignment of job tasks, hours of work, and other related areas.
Functions as a liaison between the school principal and the building custodial staff for day-to-day cleaning and custodial operations
