EXPERIENCED

Short Term Rental Cleaners in the Ellsworth area and will be working in Ellsworth, Orland, Bucksport, Hancock, Castine, Surry, on MDI and surrounding areas. We are looking for cleaners who are

EXPERIENCED

with short term rental turns and will require little training. The current schedule will be either of the following and may vary: Thursday-Sunday beginning between 8:30 and 9 am. Sunday – Thursday beginning between 8:30 and 9 am.

• At least 1 year of short term rental turnover experience or equivalent (ie hospitality cleaning)
• Ability to manage time effectively to ensure completion of tasks
• Expert knowledge of residential cleaning practices and procedure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen effectively
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under little supervision
• Ability to work solo and as a team
• Valid driver license with no major traffic violations (ie OUI, Driving to Endanger, Suspensions etc.)
• Reliable Transportation (vehicle insurance and valid registration and inspection sticker required) We are looking forward to your application.
