Summary As a Cleaning Technician at OrganiClean, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and health of our clients’ spaces. Your attention to detail and dedication to using our specially crafted nontoxic cleaners will ensure that every environment is not only clean but also safe for families, pets, and employees. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Utilize OrganiClean’s proprietary nontoxic cleaning products to ensure a safe environment. Maintain cleanliness standards in both residential and commercial settings. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within scheduled appointments. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning. Requirements Prior experience in cleaning or custodial services preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
