cleaner / laborer in Bangor area in
Penobscot County, ME Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Cleaning and mitigation
- Availability to work nights or weekends as needed
- Commercial and residential cleaning and mitigation
- Complete paperwork as required
- Empty all supplies from the vehicle and put away in proper location
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Pack up all supplies that are needed/may be needed at the jobsite and load into the vehicle
- Pack-out of contents
- Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor
- Punch in and out accurately using QuickBooks Time
- Take clear and concise inventory as needed
- Utilize Dash Education and/or
Work Experience Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines and standard accepted practices
- Ability to work with others and independently
- Clean and valid driver’s license required
- Excellent cleaning skills
- High school diploma or GED required
- Mitigation experience preferred
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary service
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and or quantitative productivity standards.
