2nd Shift Custodians MSAD #60 (North Berwick) 100 Noble Way, North Berwick, ME 03906 Overview We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Custodians to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. Responsibilities Perform routine custodial tasks including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors to maintain cleanliness. Conduct thorough floor care, including buffing and polishing surfaces as needed. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas regularly. Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas by removing trash and debris. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as required, ensuring all areas are well-kept. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Support industrial cleaning efforts in designated areas as needed. Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment when necessary. CHRC (Criminal History Records Check) and Fingerprinting are required.
