Cleaner C Breaults Commercial Cleaning Springvale, ME 04083 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The schedule would be 4 days a week. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in commercial environments. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The hours for this position will be second shift. Meaning the employee would be expected to work from 8:30pm to 3 am . Compensation is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview. Duties Clean and maintain assigned areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Execute custodial responsibilities in various facilities. Carry out commercial cleaning tasks, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to support overall operations. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Skills Sufficient custodial skills with an emphasis on attention to detail. Ability to perform commercial cleaning tasks efficiently. Basic understanding of facilities maintenance processes.
