The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing exceptional service. Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure a hygienic environment. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while performing cleaning duties. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as deep cleaning or event preparation. Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and tasks. Requirements Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good physical stamina; ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings or weekends if required.
