Commercial Cleaner General Cleaning Solutions Clinton, MO 64735 Job Overview We are seeking detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. Interested in Joining Our Team? Duties General cleaning tasks include dusting, sweeping, mopping, window washing and vacuuming floors and other assigned duties Construction cleanup duties include general cleaning duties and often include high rise dust removal from rafters & ceilings, interior/exterior window washing & exterior porter services. Other cleaning duties include but are not limited to maintenance and care for floors through buffing, waxing, and polishing. Management of supplies and equpiment. Assist with minor equipment maintenance tasks to ensure operational efficiency. Collaborate with team members to ensure thorough cleaning of all areas. Adhere to safety protocols while using cleaning chemicals and equipment. Experience Previous experience in construction cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory. Experience operating or willing to be certified to operate equipment such as scissor lift, Zamboni etc.. Ability to tolerate heights for cleaning rafters, windows etc.. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Knowledge of floor care methods including operating large ride on equipment, buffing and waxing is beneficial. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
