(2hours) Message me to get locations. they are all close to one another. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas. Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including countertops, stainless steel . Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly report needed of Inventory restock . Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when stock is low. Provide excellent customer service by responding to requests in a timely manner. Requirements Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
