Responsibilities:

Perform full-service residential and facility cleanings, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, garages, and exterior entryways. Follow detailed cleaning protocols to ensure units are free of dirt, grime, residue, and safety hazards. Clean major appliances (refrigerators, ovens, microwaves) and HVAC vents per checklist. Perform scheduled cleaning services according to agreed-upon timelines and notify oif any delays or issues. Maintain the cleanliness and safety of work areas, properly dispose of all waste and debris off-site. Report damages, unusual conditions, or resident property concerns.

Qualifications:

Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. Must pass background checks required for access to military installations. Prior professional cleaning or custodial experience preferred. Ability to follow detailed cleaning checklists and meet quality control standards. Strong attention to detail and accountability. Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct. Must wear company uniform Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Additional Requirements:

Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, bending, standing, and moving for extended periods. Must provide signed daily work order logs, time records, and before/after photos. May be required to use only “green” or environmentally safe products when directed. Responsible for supplying cleaning tools and equipment unless otherwise specified.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

10 hour shift 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
