Position Summary:

Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition. Perform heavy cleaning duties.

Essential Functions:

Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners per SDS for safety and to prevent damage to floors and fixtures. Performing physical activities that require considerable use of your arms and legs and moving your whole body, such as climbing, lifting, balancing, walking, stooping, and handling materials. Gather and empty trash. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing. Keep storage areas and carts well stocked, clean, and tidy. Break down boxes, using machine to bale boxes. Keeping soda machines stocked, responsible to turn money gathered from machines into management. Complete Covid prevention rounds as required. Perform other duties as requested.

Qualifications:

Some sitting, standing, walking, lifting (over 75 lbs.), bending, twisting, reaching, stretching, pushing, and pulling required. Must be able to get along well with multiple personalities. Must be able to work with little supervision. Must be unobtrusive and discreet around paperwork on office desks. Must pay attention to detail. Must have a positive work attitude be punctual and dependable.
