Cleaner/Maintenance Cape Cleaning Services Sikeston, MO 63801 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial environments. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and facilities maintenance, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards of cleanliness. Duties Perform thorough cleaning tasks in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring all areas are sanitized and well-maintained. Conduct industrial cleaning duties, including buffing floors and maintaining equipment. Execute porter responsibilities, assisting with the upkeep of facilities and common areas. Carry out floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces. Maintain custodial supplies and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in residential painting or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required. Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices is a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance or custodial work is advantageous. Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing and polishing, is beneficial.
