Part-Time to Start – With Potential for Full-Time Hours We’re newly expanding into this region, and hours will vary as the route builds. Ideal for someone who’s flexible and eager to grow with us.

Pay:

Starting at $20.00 per hour Potential for more as workload and responsibilities increase

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re hiring someone dependable, professional, and unafraid of climbing a roof when needed. The work is physical, outdoors, and varies by day—but we’re proud of the service we provide and the loyal clients we’ve built at the Lake of the Ozarks. Now we’re growing in St. Charles County and looking for the right people to grow with us.

Requirements:

Comfortable working on rooftops and ladders Must show up on time – zero tolerance for lateness Able to pass a clear background check Reliable transportation to and from meet-up location or job sites Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and willingness to learn Nice to Have (but not required): Previous window cleaning or trades experience (landscaping, roofing, etc.) Familiarity with ladders, safety protocols, or working at heights
