General Custodian•Lindbergh Early Childhood Education

Anticipated Start Date:

July 1, 2025
Full-time position, 2:00 pm•10:30 pm; 40 hours/week

Schedule:

12 months, Monday•Friday
Beginning hourly rate: $16.83 + .25 restroom detail, Subject to experience
Full Benefits included: Medical, dental, vision, paid holidays, vacation, sick leave, retirement
Non-exempt

Summary:

Keeps the district’s school buildings in such a state of operating excellence that they present no problems or interruptions to the educational program.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Other duties may be assigned.
Cleans and preserves designated spaces campus wide.

Regular custodial tasks:

classroom cleaning, sweep/mop/vacuuming of classrooms, trash removal, restrooms, laundry, playground, snow shoveling.
Restocks disposable items and communicate/order supply items with day custodian.
Ability to use and maintain ride-on floor machine and other building equipment.
Assists visiting public utilizing the facilities with directions within building. Assist with event set ups & take downs as needed, may include tables, chairs, etc. Overtime as needed
Education and/or

Experience:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Prior Custodial experience preferred but not required
