Commercial/Residential Cleaner J3 Cleaning LLC St. Louis, MO 63125 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaner will ensure that all assigned areas are cleaned to the highest standards, providing a welcoming environment for tenants. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning door knobs, wipe down tenant doors, and sanitizing surfaces. Maintain cleanliness in various facilities by executing custodial tasks effectively. Conduct industrial cleaning as needed, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Execute floor care duties such as scraping any food, gum or tape off floors to maintain the appearance of flooring surfaces. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept and functional. Remove any and all trash within common area. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Experience Previous experience in custodial or cleaning roles is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with industrial cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in commercial cleaning environments is advantageous. Ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
