Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lot Porter/Janitor to join our team at Daniel Schmitt & Company. This role is essential in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities and vehicles, ensuring a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors. Your contributions will help uphold our reputation for excellence in the classic car industry. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas. Buff floors and ensure they are well-maintained to enhance the showroom’s appearance. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts throughout the facility. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Porter Responsibilities moving vehicles as needed on lot, in showroom or offsite keep lot tidy ensure vehicles are presentable for customers other duties as assigned Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles preferred. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Familiarity with cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus.
