Richmond Heights – Part-time evening cleaning position – 3 evenings/week Allbright Systems 2 LLC 7910 Clayton Road, Richmond Heights, MO 63117 Position Overview We are looking for a reliable, dependable person to be trained to clean in Richmond Heights. This location is a bank that needs to be cleaned every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The bank takes approximately 2 hours each evening to clean. You will be cleaning after the bank has closed for the day, so the start time is flexible because you may clock in anytime between 5:30 pm and 8:00 pm on your scheduled cleaning days. The cleaning is non-industrial cleaning including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and trash removal. Allbright Service’s cleaning professionals are generally people interested in making extra money in a low-stress, quiet working environment, and this specific customer location meets that description. General Responsibilities Learn and then competently handle the security procedures for opening and closing offices and dealing with the security codes. Competently clean professional offices, including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal in a reasonable amount of time, using Allbright Systems training on best practices/ processes for cleaning. Observe levels of cleaning chemicals and supplies, and report needs for restocking to management in a timely manner. Diligently review the Customer’s notes and Customer feedback in the on-site Allbright Systems “Red Book”, and communicate back to management as required. Qualifications Must have reliable transportation/ own vehicle for transportation to the customer location. Must live less than 20 minutes from this location Must be physically fit enough to conduct standard cleaning procedures including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal. Must be able to pass a criminal background check Must be a US citizen or have I-9 legal qualification to work in the US. Must be comfortable working without direct supervision on site. Have a working knowledge for reading and speaking English.
