7:30am-3:30pm QPS Employment Group has a great Janitorial Worker position available at a company in Canton, MO. This is a 1st shift position with the opportunity for hire. Janitorial Worker Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and production areas.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and dispose of waste properly.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in office and industrial spaces.
• Clean windows, walls, and surfaces as needed.
• Restock cleaning supplies and restroom items (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.).
• Monitor and report maintenance or repair needs.
• Follow safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.

Janitorial Worker Requirements:

• Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred, especially in industrial or office settings
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Must be dependable with good attendance.
• Able to work independently and take direction when needed.
• Must be able to pass QPS and company screening process.
