Job Description
TITLE Steward – Graveyard Shift
DESCRIPTION
The Grave Steward is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment in the various food outlets working the grave shift. This position is responsible for washing of dishes used in food and beverage outlets, maintenance and sanitation of all food service operations. Performs duties such as dishwashing, cleaning of all production equipment, floor cleaning, trash removal and any other task given by Steward Supervisor including any other cleaning assignments.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a Valid State Issue ID or Driver’s License. 1 year of food and beverage experience is preferred.
