TITLE Steward Heavy Cleaner
DESCRIPTION
Steward Heavy Cleaner performs any combination of duties to maintain kitchen work areas, restaurant equipment and utensils in a clean and orderly condition. Focuses on cleaning of all heavy-duty equipment, their operation, maintenance, cleanliness and chemical supplies. Ability to safely and effectively operate heavy duty equipment, deep cleaning of kitchen equipment, moving furniture, kitchen hoods, & deep cleaning floors, etc. Delivers supplies where needed in kitchens, and other supply closets. POSITION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED required. Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver License or State issued ID> Two years’ experience as a Steward, housekeeping, or similar field preferably in a hotel or casino environment.
