Commercial Cleaning TechnicianJob Type:
Part-Time (Hours range from 15-20 per week)Evening and weekend hours are a regular feature of this position.

Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant work environment for our clients. You must be flexible and responsive to the changes and challenges of our daily, dynamic operation.
Responsibilities:
Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
Utilize management approved cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a hygienic environment.
Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning tasks.
Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when reordering is necessary.
Any other management directives needed to provide excellent customer service and/or to ensure the effective overall operation of the business.
Qualifications:
Demonstrate a willingness to be trained in the technical aspects of commercial cleaning and janitorial services.
Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Must work as an effective team member and demonstrate a “whatever it takes” work ethic.
Must be able to get to and from various work sites all over south central Mississippi.
Must be able to receive and respond to emails and text messages in real time.
Must be able to stand for the entire work shift and to reach materials at high and low levels.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. at a time, bend, stoop, twist, turn and move materials from place to place.
Must have the physical ability to push carts and bins loaded with materials.
Must have the visual acuity to read documents and inspect minor details of a work site.
