This position is for a Custodian with an educational institution in Collins, MS.
Summary:
Provides students and school personnel with a safe, attractive, comfortable, clean and efficient place in which to work, learn, and develop.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Keeps buildings and premises, including driveways and play areas neat and clean at all times. Sweeps classrooms daily. Conducts an ongoing program of general maintenance, upkeep and repair. Able to lift 50 lbs. as needed, 100 lbs. occasionally with assistance. Reports major repairs needed and any damage to school property to the principal promptly. Scrub and disinfect toilets and toilet floor daily, clean all sanitary fixtures and drinking fountains daily. Replace light bulbs as needed. Maintains on a regular schedule all motors and other mechanical equipment requiring scheduled servicing. Other duties and responsibilities of the position reviewed during interview.
Education and Experience:
