The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Perform industrial cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by ensuring they are stocked with necessary supplies. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to keep surfaces in optimal condition. Execute custodial tasks in both residential and commercial settings as needed. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are functional and presentable. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in industrial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in residential painting or facilities maintenance is advantageous but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
