The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in our facility, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently. Duties Perform commercial and industrial cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including dining room , restrooms, and common areas. Maintain cleanliness by regularly emptying trash bins, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and report any shortages or equipment malfunctions to management. Follow safety protocols and procedures while performing cleaning duties to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of custodial practices and floor care techniques is a plus. Ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas. Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance. Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
