This temporary position is for day shift cleaning on weekdays between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm. Estimated hours are between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on your availability. Project duration ranges from one week to 6 weeks, with projects expected to commence in early July. The ideal candidate will be responsible for turning new construction buildings and renovations into move-in ready condition for residential or commercial clients. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and collaboratively in teams. All supplies and training are provided. No experience is necessary, but those applying should have an understanding of the strenuous nature of cleaning work. Responsibilities Perform post-construction cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in residential and commercial settings. Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards. Ensure proper disposal of waste. Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces with professional equipment and techniques. Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. Requirements Ability to work effectively with others. Willingness to learn and be receptive to feedback. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed. Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between job sites in Asheville. Must be able to pass a background check. Availability between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., with availability on working days for shifts of at least 5 hours. Physical Demands Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Ability to crawl, stoop, and reach overhead and at or below shoulder level Seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise working with hand(s)

Benefits:
