This position requires attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and sanitizing surfaces. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, stripping, and waxing as needed. Assist with industrial cleaning tasks to ensure all areas meet safety and hygiene standards. Carry out custodial duties in both commercial and residential settings as required. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly. Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment in compliance with safety regulations. Skills Strong knowledge of facilities maintenance practices and custodial procedures. Experience in floor care techniques including buffing and waxing is preferred. Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and equipment operation. Ability to perform residential painting tasks when necessary. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high cleanliness standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Capability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
