We are looking for somebody to cover a location in the Fayetteville area.

TUE, THU, & SUN. TUE & THU 7AM -9AM & SUN 8AM-10AM ROUGHLY. YOU MAY BE FINISHED BEFORE THE TWO HOURS DEPENDING ON HOW SUFFICIENT YOU WORK.

$40 PER DAY The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaning Technician will ensure that all assigned areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties in assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas. Conduct floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain clean surfaces. Carry out custodial responsibilities including waste disposal, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces. Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed to ensure the upkeep of the property. Provide industrial cleaning services in specialized environments when required. Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Follow safety protocols and guidelines while using cleaning equipment and chemicals. Respond promptly to cleaning requests and maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients and team members. Skills Experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred. Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices is a plus. Familiarity with residential painting techniques can be beneficial. Proficiency in floor care techniques including buffing and polishing is desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.
