We provide beautifully prepared rentals and 5-star guest experiences to our guests – and this starts with You! This position requires a commitment to high standards of cleanliness and customer service, ensuring that all areas are sanitized and well-kept. What You’ll Be Doing:

You will be responsible for cleaning and resetting short-term rental properties between guest stays with precision, pride, and speed. Full turnover cleans (bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, living areas) Making beds hotel-style with tight tucks, wrinkle-free presentation Restocking supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, soap, etc.) Staging & organizing spaces to match photos Taking high-quality before/after photos and uploading to our app Reporting damage or missing items immediately Following detailed cleaning checklists Managing laundry on-site or off-site depending on property Light maintenance reporting (light bulbs, loose knobs, etc.) Keeping closets and storage areas clean and organized All supplies and support provided — just show up and shine

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and smartphone Previous experience in short-term rental cleaning or custodial work is preferred but not required. Training will be provided. Ability to follow checklists and manage time effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This Job is
