KITCHEN EXHAUST HOOD CLEANING TECHNICIAN

Radical Fire Protection llc Lexington, NC 27292 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks are performed to the highest standards, contributing to a clean and safe environment. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Cleaning Technician will also be expected to handle various equipment and perform minor repairs as needed. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common spaces. Assemble and disassemble cleaning equipment as necessary for effective operation. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Operate box trucks for the delivery of cleaning supplies and equipment when required. Conduct routine maintenance and minor repairs on cleaning equipment. Refrigerate and store cleaning supplies properly to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with cleaning machinery or appliances. Read and interpret schematics for equipment repair or maintenance tasks. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with field service operations is a plus. Strong mechanical knowledge related to appliance repair or equipment repair is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
