This position is responsible for ensuring all contract specifications and cleanliness standards are met through regular quality control inspections and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct routine quality control inspections across the site Document and report deficiencies and ensure corrective actions are completed Maintain compliance with contract specifications and site-specific standards Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure overall service quality Interface with client representatives as needed to address quality concerns Maintain inspection records and support monthly reports

Requirements:

Must possess or be able to obtain a REAL ID Must pass federal background check and qualify for government security clearance Prior experience in custodial quality control or facility maintenance strongly preferred Ability to walk for extended periods, bend, kneel, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Proficient in basic reporting and inspection documentation
