Full Job Description Duties:

• Perform industrial cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills
• Clean and maintain common areas, such as break rooms and lobbies
• Perform buffing and floor maintenance tasks as required
• Assist with facilities maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs or minor repairs
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in custodial or janitorial work preferred
• Knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and equipment operation
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)
• Excellent communication skills to interact with colleagues and building occupants
