The Position:
Laser focus on an exceptional Customer experience. Full Time year round or Part-Time/Seasonal Positions (April 1st-October 31st) Day shifts (8-10 hours), Monday-Friday beginning at 7:30 am in season, 9 am off-season
Responsibilities:
Pool Scout Technicians are responsible for servicing up to 5-9 customers per day. Maintain and clean residential pools/spas. Tasks include but are not limited to: Vacuuming/Skimming/Brushing pools. Test water chemistry and adjust chemical levels as needed. Maintaining salt systems/chlorine generators. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues. Detailed reporting, including photos of service tasks performed per customer. Equipment Diagnostics. Picking up around and blowing off the pool deck. Pool openings and closings. Driving a company-issued vehicle. Minor repairs. Use of technology (phone, tablet) to record and track daily activities. Competencies of a

Requirements:
Previous experience as a Pool Technician or in a similar role is preferred Comprehensive background check and 5-panel drug screen (includes THC). Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues with pool systems Must have a reliable source of transportation to and from work. Knowledge of pool maintenance techniques, including water chemistry, filtration systems, and equipment repair. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and provide clear explanations of services performed. Available to begin work at 7:30 am. Possess a valid driver’s license and pass Motor Vehicle check. Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy equipment and working in outdoor environments. Proficiency with use of tablet or smart phone.
