Cleaner Gracious Hearts Home Care Gastonia, NC 28052 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our cleaning only team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in various environments, ensuring that all areas are tidy, hygienic, and welcoming. This role is essential for providing a safe and pleasant atmosphere for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to meet health and safety standards. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring they are stocked and in good working condition. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure consistency and quality of work. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately. Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, or standing for extended periods.
