RESPONSIBILITIES
Climbing, standing, lifting up to 30 lbs., working at heights up to 35 feet in man lifts. Work involves vacuuming, blowing, sweeping, wiping and cleaning of tobacco processing equipment. Tobacco odors and dusty environment exposure. All work inside conditioned factory.
REQUIREMENTS
Shift work required (11:00pm to 7:30 am, M-F or 6pm – 6am M, T, W) Some OT and weekend work required. Must wear safety gear, including safety glasses, hearing protection, fall protection and safety shoes. Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly with supervisor/co-workers and understand direction from supervisor. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds, climb, bend, twist and reach repetitively, operate moving equipment and work in tobacco processing environment. Candidate may be required to pass a drug test and Criminal background check based on job location/requirements.
