The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for all occupants. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning and maintenance tasks, with a focus on both residential and commercial spaces. Duties Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to ensure surfaces are well-maintained. Assist with industrial cleaning projects as needed, ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Carry out custodial duties in both residential and commercial settings. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any issues or repairs needed. Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts effectively. Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Experience Previous experience in janitorial services or custodial work is preferred. Familiarity with residential painting techniques is a plus. Experience in industrial cleaning environments is beneficial. Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques is desirable. Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety standards. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
