Role Overview We’re looking for motivated, reliable technicians to help us make homes and businesses shine—literally. You’ll clean windows, pressure wash exteriors, and provide the kind of service that turns first-time clients into lifelong raving fans. You’ll also help us build a strong local reputation by repping Pink’s with pride in the field. Responsibilities Perform interior and exterior window cleaning for residential and commercial properties. Conduct pressure washing and soft washing of homes, brick, siding, and concrete. Clean tracks, screens, gutters, and solar panels. Take ownership of your work and aim to deliver a 5-star experience, every time. Represent Pink’s with pride—treating every property with care and respect. Show up on time, in uniform, and ready to exceed customer expectations. Be a team player, collaborating to ensure smooth operations and great service. Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients upon arrival and throughout the job. Complete final walk-throughs to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain equipment, monitor inventory, and keep the company van clean and organized. Report inventory shortages or equipment issues promptly. Review job notes before each project to ensure a clear understanding of the scope and to set up for success. Skills and Qualifications Self-disciplined, motivated, and responsible. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Naturally inclined to solve problems and deliver high-quality work. Comfortable working outdoors year-round and on ladders. Willing and able to lift 40+ lbs. Take pride in providing excellent customer service. Requirements Valid driver’s license.
