As a Carpet Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that carpets and floors are spotless and well-cared for. Your role is crucial in enhancing the appearance of our clients’ spaces and contributing to their overall satisfaction. Responsibilities Perform carpet cleaning using appropriate techniques and equipment to ensure high-quality results. Conduct buffing and floor care tasks to maintain the appearance of various surfaces. Carry out custodial duties, including vacuuming, spot cleaning, and stain removal. Provide environmental services by using eco-friendly cleaning products when possible. Maintain cleanliness in commercial spaces, ensuring all areas meet company standards. Inspect carpets and floors for damage or wear, reporting any issues to management. Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning equipment and chemicals. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Previous experience in carpet cleaning or related fields is preferred. Knowledge of custodial practices and environmental services is a plus. Familiarity with commercial cleaning techniques and equipment. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving equipment.
